Hi! I'm Chloe, the owner of Balloons by Chloe. I recently graduated from Walton High School in Marietta, GA and love creating balloon designs and decor for birthdays, celebrations, and special events.

I currently serve the Marietta, Georgia and surrounding area. Beginning in mid-August, I'll be serving the Athens area while attending the University of Georgia. I will still be available in the Marietta area during December and each summer (May–August).
